Good looking stuff!
What is the contraption holding the great that the drums are? -
That is an Adjustable Rig from tjv (he is a poster on this forum)
ABTs, half stuffed with cream cheese and imitation crab and half stuffed with smoked salmon and cream cheese, both have Texas Pete, lemon, and woos...
Egrets chili is coming along nicely on the med.

Cory...having a difficult decision here to see which is best.... your first photo or the following food ones.....those trees & the blue spruce colours are incredible.
-
Cory,
Nice-looking cooks. Gotta break in that nice, shiny adjustable rig. Mine turned black after about three cooks, and it's pretty much stayed that way. After I cook on them, I usually run the temp up a bit and burn off anything which may be stuck on that setup.
I finally met Tom (tjv) at the Coop Fest this weekend--really great guy, and I can't imagine cooking without the adjustable rig or the spider.
Thanks for the tip on the horseradish earlier from JL's post... -
Beli,
Colorado certainely affords the opportunity to take decent photos thank you for the kind words. -
Mike,
This is my first cook on the rig. It would appear to be indespensible already  I would have given almost anything to have been at the coop party this weekend. Leroy and Judy strike me as "good people". -
I made that same chili this weekend...the entire pot lasted less than 4 hrs...was a HUGE hit!!..I assume you mean 'cow lickin' chili...
-
Eggtucky,
I used "Raising the Steaks" instead of "Cow Lick". It was what I had and worked like a champ :woohoo:, but yes, everything else was as Egret prescribed... -
aye..cant go wrong with one of his recipes..if you havent try his mac n cheese..never see him on here anymore..but his recipes are usually pretty darn good
-
Half done...
