Did I buy enough meat?

I'm hosting an all you can eat gig for approximately 40 people. Most of us are in our late twenties/early thirties. It's pulled pork and pit beef. I purchased approximately 31 lbs of pork butt and 23 lbs of top round. Do you think this is enough meat? There will be a few small sides served as well.

Throw in bread/buns and you should be more than fine.

Yes sir you did; in my catering days we would plan for no more that 14 - 16oz per adult.
Without doubt you will be covered even after the beer and sides...
What time shall you expect me? -
Great/weak minds think alike. OT, have you seen the picture of Phil and Peyton, talking about Crompton? If not, email me and I will send it to you.
