This is a bone in precooked ham. Does 300* dome for about 20 minutes per pound sound right? Just a rub on it and hickory chunks. Total time about 3 to 3 1/2 hrs?

Thank you for the reply. I have only done one ham on my egg and it was about 2 years ago. I will try your method another time as mine is about to go to the egg.

Things are looking better. Mom is out of the hospital, she had a stroke. Maybe 5-10% loss in faculties. Should be close to normal after some rehab.
Changing depts in the company, going to start a new division. Avaition. Looking forward to it, sure to be a challenge, but I'm looking forward to it.
I'm thinking about some dry aged steaks. Saw a few at the store that was just calling out to me. Gonna have to go a pick up a few. Wish I had my MED, but will wait till OCT 18th to pick it up. Good luck hunting down those gunboats.
