Ok, I have done ribs, pizzas, steaks, whole turkey, whole chickens, hamburgers, salmon, attempted a brisket (failed very badly), prime rib and now I want to try something else. Does anyone have a good suggestion on what to try next?
Thanks in advance, Chad

Fajitas, chili, pork chops, pork tenderloin, various shrimp recipes, scallops, lasagna, swiss steak, chicken and rice, or any of a number of other dutch oven recipes.
Have you not done pulled pork yet?
The egg does it very well. -
Try bread. The egg is a great bread oven.

i pretty much dont make desserts, but i found this while looking for things to do with all the blueberries this year. made up several jars both as described and some spiced up with chipotle pepper to serve with cream cheese and crackers. the shortbread is on the list now of future egg cooks. looks like a good recipe as the dough is kept frozen til your ready and the chutney can be canned for use any time

I recommend making a crown roast.

Things I've bone that I don't see on your list;
Beef short ribs, either flanken or English style. I usually cook them a little hotter that pork ribs, and often foil for tenderness towards the end.
Duck or goose, with big drip pans for all the rendered fat.
Pie pumpkins stuffed with wild rice, herbs, coutons, etc.
Whole blue mackerel, stuffed with pine nuts and herbs comes out well.
Meat loaf. They can be done just as a big free-standing loaf, but there are wire baskets available to help keep them together.
Boneless stuffed leg of lamb.
Rabbit is good cooked tandoori style.
Heart, cubed, marinated, and skewered.
Bacon wrapped tater tots. -
Cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, cobblers, rolls, breads, cold smoked cheese,

I have a picture at home but not here. My wife got the baby octopus at Whole Foods. They were small but not teeny.

Stuffed Cabbage, Company Ham, Shish Kabobs, Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin Medallions are a few that come to mind.
