I want to personally thank everyone who cooked on Saturday--I'm still full. The food was delicous and the ambiance was delightful. What a great event and what a great group of people. After stuffing myself, I went to the BGE store and bought a Mini to keep the Medium company. Will be doing some NY strips on it soon . . . Next year, my dad (Monk), my Atlanta buddy who got me into Egging (Buffy), and I plan to return and do some cooking (we just grazed this year). We can't wait. Looking forward to seeing some pictures and recipes posted!!
