Hi,
I saw your post about the little necks. They looked great!
I do a bunch of little necks for our 4th of July party every year, but I steam them on the stove with some wine. Let's face it cooking them on the EGG is cooler .
How long do they typically take to open when you do them in the pan on the EGG? You didn't add any liquid?
And what temp were you cooking at?
Thanks!
Craig

Hey Craig: I used to do them on the grate but the lump would hold the smell. With no liquid in the pan and dome between 400/450 they took about 10 minutes to open. I did about 25 at a time and they cooked as fast as I could eat them.

Sounds great!! That's nice and fast. I was wondering if the grilling method would take too long. Nope.
Thanks for the info Pat.
