fantastic looking and impressive rig (as usual!).
how do you secure the eggs whilst driving?
when you fry foods on the egg, what does the dome temp read??? -
still working on that one!
-
Now you are unstoppable.
Very nice rig. You dragging that thing down to Atlanta in October? -
All I can say you are something else.Keep up the great innovation's.
-
The food as always looks GREAT. Is the trailer wife proof?? My little butt would fit perfect in that hammock on a bad (her opinion) night. Love it Rick

maybe a frame made out of 2x4's that would fit tight around the eggs, leaving no/little room to move, keeping the eggs separate and fasten the frame to the floor of the trailer? -
Rick,
Cool little rig ya got there...I see that you've even carved out some room for one of your assitants, too As always, beautymous pics of the cooks!
Forgive the made-up word/slang and its spelling...your pics are really something special! -

since i edited my post to add this.... -
What was the occassion?
-
the mini was at around 400, heat the skillet for a bit, then saute the butter, olive oil, and shallot, then add the shrimp rubbed in jamaican firewalk. about 4 minutes
-
no, sir. just the tahoe and tattoo
-
occassion? i was hungry?
-
I meant for loading them up on the trailer (maybe I assumed something here)
-
ah... just a test fit in my driveway. i need to get the title mailed to me and licensed and come up with a tie-down scheme before i can travel.
-
I've got a 7x16 Haulmark that I wish had a drop door on the back. It has two swinging doors, but plenty of room.
Do you have any experience loading and unloading this type of trailer (door set up) -
Very Cool, Rick! Don't forget that the eggs need a seat belt to keep them safe. And Betty too(a trapeze doesn't count)! :woohoo: So you gonna pull that thing down to Eggfest?
-
Have a metal cage built that swings out on a hinge and attaches to the floor as mentioned earlier. Line the cage with that pipe insulation to absorb any shock.
-
Looking good. You goin on the BBQ circuit? Or is the trailer dual duty?
-
the plan is to use the trailer for a few comps, hauling eggs down to vinny's, and taking the show to private parties. we'll see how it goes.
-
too far and no need to bring that to eggtoberfest. the mini will be on front floor of the tahoe though!
-
You could use a piece of pre punch metal(garage overhead door metal angle) It would secure to wall(about egg handle height) and have plenty of holes to seat belt in passengers and eggs.
A second prepunch lower about base high would be good also. Allows plenty of flexiblity with loading.
Seatbelts could be camera strap with big fuzzy shoulder straps. They wouldnt rub to hard on the eggs.
Just thinking out loud.
