Smoking two chickens in old style green egg

Heya folks... [p]I am currently smoking two chickens in our old style green egg... one chicken in laying on a rack on the grill and the other is on the upright chicken holder rack thingee... I forget the proper name... anyhoo, I guess havin' two upright racks would prolly be better... I was just curious as to what you folks do when smokin' two chickens at once, that is, if you do. Woogeroo,[p]Try putting those chickens on the vertical roaster upside down (legs in the air). It makes for a juicier breast since the fat drips down from the dark meat over the breast. And if you cook at 350* you'll get a nice crisp skin.[p]Bill

We always do two spatchcocked chickens. We just did a couple the other night. One with Dizzy Pigs Tsumani Spin, and the other with Ken Stones Red Rooster. Both turned out very good.[p]~nikki
