Yeah, the cast iron grate is something else for steaks! Those are some nice-looking T-Bones. With that big of a tenderloin, they're sold as porterhouse over here.

550 for 3 mins per side...closed vents and roasted for 6 minutes. A nice medium rare on the inside.
