Have 4 pork shoulders ...how long direct or indir

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for doing 4 shoulders at once? Direct or indirect? how long and what temp.............any feed back would be eggcellent

Indirect, 275F! Pull at 192F internal. Enjoy!

If you do them indirect, 250* dome temp, and don't let them touch each other, you can figure around 1-1/2 to 2 hours per pound for the largest one. If you let them touch much, the timing acts squirley...like one big roast.
I've never done a shoulder direct.
