Hello All...
I had a Medium with lots of eggcessories delivered yesterday, and tonight used it for the first time...made every mistake I could and things still turned out great!! Salmon on a cedar plank, marinated steak and grilled veggies. How lucky!! It's true what they say that it's hard to mess up a meal with the Egg.

WELCOME ABOARD,
Don't forget to calibrate your thermometer page 30 in the Big Green Egg book. Second ask for recipes and temps for food here... the book's cook times sometimes is unintentionally misleading. If you haven't looked at this site it will get you up to speed with your egg uh hum child fast www.nakedwhiz.com

P.S. my worst cook on the egg was better than any pork chops I ever cooked on my now sold and forgotten weber gasser. -
I sometimes find it frightening how good the food that comes off the egg is. I too have a medium that I have only been cooking on for about three weeks now. I knew from a friend how good the food could be, I'm just surprised how easy it actually is.
