what would be a good temp to cook some 3 inch cube sirloin kabobs. my 1st time to cook these on the bge. how long for medium rare

Man, I love sirloin. I use it alot for kabobs. I do about 350-400deg raised direct, but that's just me. I do most things a little less hot than most.

do i need to cook this at a high temp, like a steak

yes definitly, I would go way higher, 500-600. Cook like steak.

I did these a couple of weeks ago, 400* direct for 5 minutes a side. They were perfect.
