For those of you interested in seeing what went on at the Camp Lejeune Operation BBQ on Friday, the photos are up now. You can find them at http://operationbbq.nakedwhiz.com/. Pete really held up the Egger's reputation, cooking 18 pork butts on his 3 large Eggs!

Great photos and thanks for doing this for the troops.

Whiz, thanks for the photos. It was a wonderful thing that was done for the troops and family.

Awesome photos. Thank you so much for doing that for our troops. My nephew was stationed at Lejeune a few years ago. I know how much this meant to them. Thanks again for sharing the day.

Where are the tank pictures
This is one event I will do again and again and again. -
I didn't think we should be putting photos on the web that might get someone in trouble. Did the colonel know we were messing around in his tank? :-)The Naked Whiz

I suspect they would not have moved the Colonel tanks if he did not approve.
Probably not wise to post those pictures anyway, but if you have one of me on the tank I'd like a copy. -
An excellent gesture for our troops, Whiz. Thanks for doing that.

Nope, I just checked. Only photos of the fellow wearing the NC State hat who was with Pigman. The Naked Whiz

What a wonderful contribution for our troops. I know a heartfelt thanks was from all who shared...in the cooking, and the receiving. Thank you. Wish we could have been a part of this.

TNW,
Thanks for this! My son is stationed there, but is currently on a "mission" in twentynine palms, CA. He has yet to sample his pop's egg, and I am sorry that he missed yours as well. Maybe next year.
Thanks for your commitment to our troops. You rock! -
Great slide show--thanks for posting that! I bet you guys had a blast out there, it looked like lots of fun for the troops and their families.

Doug, you are a master at taking pictures. Only you could get the best profile of the in"famous" Celtic Wolf in profile.
P.S. Great job on the pictures.
Joe
