There is more than one way, but I like this method:
Peel back the husks, remove the silk and replace the
husks. Soak in water for an hour or 2 (some advocate
sugaring the water). Remove from water and wrap in foil
fairly tightly. I grill em for 30 minutes at about 400 dome
spinning them 180 degrees every 5 minutes. The end result
is a nice roasted flavor but no burning.
