Boneless vs. Bone-In Pork Butts?

I'm going to be doing a couple of pork butts this weekend. In the past, I have always bought them from Costco and they have always been boneless. This time I bought them from Sam's Club and they are bone-in.

My questions are what differences should I expect in terms of cooking time, technique, taste, etc?
