Hello all. You were a big help last Sunday when I cooked my first meal on my egg (ribs was what you all sugested and you were correct.) My son, not a big rib eater, wants them tonight but wife and daughter want hamburger, hot dogs etc. I thought I would do the Ga hotwings too. How is my question. Do I do the wings first and then serve as appetizer and then bring the fire temp up?
Junk food night in south Georgia. I have 3 young men from son's college here from yankee land they are eating us out of house and home.
