Well Eggers,
It's been a awefully long wait but I finally got to bring a Large Big Green Egg home to expirience for myself. I was so excited that the first thing I prepared was planked Basa fillets in pouring rain the evening I brought it home. My joy could not be squelched by the weather! I hope to learn alot from ya'll, and I'm so excited to be able to expirience first hand what I have only been able to expirience through reading previously. Hey, quickly can someone explain to me how to post pic's at this particular site? I am set up for photobucket will that work well enough?
