Cooked for 18 hrs @225 last 3 hrs @250. Rub ingredients:
kosher salt, raw sugar, brown sugar, garlic powder, Tsumani rub and Dr BBQ Pepper blend
Mustard base pre rub

18 hrs in Egg and 3 hour rest in cooler.
