I'm fixing to put a batch on in a little while. Here is the recipe.
Sweet Potato Fries
Sweet potato fries an idea from Elizabeth Karmel's little BBQ book "Taming the Flame"- sit in icewater for 15 mins, pat dry and oil, salt/pepper and grill 12-15mins- tasted great!
Took two large sweet potatos, rinsed, sliced into fry sizes and put in a bowl of ice water for about 15 minutes.
Took the potatos out of the water, patted dry, poured on a little EVOO, sprinkled some DP Shakin' the Tree and cinnamin on them, then everything direct on a raised grid (Woo2 comes in so handy) at about 350 to 375. -
Thanks thats great.
