I went to Sam's club today and picked up this stainless table. Sure is a lot nicer for sausage production than the kitchen counter top.
Link them up.
These should last a while. -RP

Them some pretty links AZ! I have never had the guts to try making my own - have always just taken the venison to the processor....
I have turned in to a big fan of chicken sausages, have you ever tried one? -
Dang Randy thats a ton of Brats. You need to move here or I need to move there :woohoo: Ok naa you'd hate me as a neighbor (Hey buddy,Grind any lately ) Looks great. Cooked hot & sweet Italian sausage last night but I'm at the mercy of my butcher & each batch is different. Thanks for the pics, I'll get there one day :( . Good luck with the table.

I'm sure it helped with the mess. Need to make some myself in a couple weeks.

Those look nice!
I'll avoid saying anything that could be mistaken for a euphemism, so suffice it to say I like the way you did them. -

Don't think so. -RP

Probably, the box said it can hold 1000 lbs, 500 on the bottom shelf. It was $118. -RP

Guys, it is a whole lot easier than you think, after all if I can do it anyone can. -RP

VERY NICE LOOKING LINKS! :woohoo: Just one bit of advice. When making links please try to not get so excited. You look like your about to loose control!!

Didn't think anybody caught that. -RP

That gets my approval, a great table. Boneless country ribs are a $1 a pound at my Safeway. They can go straight from the pack to the grinder. Heheee.
I'm making some of Mrs~t~'s green chili and some bulk farm sausage this weekend.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -

ive never seen that table at my sams club. what casing are you using?
-
I searched their website for stainless tables and saw this, went over there and they had a bunch of them. I use hog casings, they come in the seasoning kits I use. I used to try a lot of different recipes making sausage, but since I found the Hi Mountain sausage kits, that's all I use anymore. I've made their summer sausage, Italian, polish, and bratwurst. Their kits come with a cure if you want to make smoked sausage. -RP
