700 degree sear 90 seconds, rotate for 30 seconds, flip for 90 seconds
pull, rest covered 20 minutes
350 roast for 10 minutes
classic t-rex
ciabatta roll
and to finish...
grilled pineapple and strawberry with malibu coconut rum with white chocolate sauce!

When you say "rotate" did you turn the grid 180 before flipping the steaks?

nope... rotate the steaks on the grid to get the diamond sear pattern.

That looks FABULOUS! Ribeye and asparagus has been done a million times but you still manage to make it a WOW dish with perfect execution. Great job.
The dessert is an inspirational dish too. Mind if I steal...errr....I mean borrow this idea? :evil:
