Hi,[p]A very long time ago, maybe 2 years, someone posted a link to a recipe I think was called either "Spanish Chicken" or "Mexican Chicken". Or maybe it was neither. <G>[p]I remember that you marinated halved whole chickens in a mixture of stuff (including yellow food coloring optional to get the color) - then you grilled the chicken for a short time, then you returned the chicken to the marinade for another 30 minutes or so, and you finished grilling it after that. [p]Anyone happen to know where I can find this recipe? Thanks!
