Three racks of spare ribs being smoked with hickory chunks and some Jack Daniels Barrel chips. Strangely this will only be my second time to do ribs since I got my egg.

Nice job on the St. Louis trimming you did. They look great already. Can't wait to see the finished product.Knoxville, TN
Nibble Me This -
I cannot open your pictures. Others open automatically but for some reason yours did not. I would really like to see them as this is my first time cooking ribs. I am also cooking baked beans at the same time but with a six qt dutch oven there was not much room left for the ribs. Is there a way to do both by stacking the ribs?
Thanks for your assistance -
I'm not sure why you can see my photo. I don't post a ton of photos. Maybe someone else might know why you can't see it. The ribs should take quite a bit longer than your beans. I have had mine on for over 3 hours now and probably won't pull them until they go at least 5. I'm cooking them at 225 degrees grid.
You probably could put your grid on top of your beans and then the ribs on that depending on the number of racks your cooking. The drippings would be awesome in the beans. -
See if you aren't in flat view. If you are, try switching to classic view and maybe the photo will show.

the photo was a 1024 pixel wide photo and it does not show up in wide view. in non-wide view, the forum displys it as a 620 pixel image.
please do not post images larger then 800 pixels wide. the forum displays them as 620 pixel images anyway, so there is no benefit to posting a 1024 pixel image. an 800 pixel image will display as an 800 pixel image in wide view and a 620 pixel image in non-wide view.
moderator, please post the photo posting rules so people do not have to go through this over and over and over again. it is killing the forum, in my opinion -
Sorry Rick, I knew it was big but I just put it at the max of 499 in the HTML tag. I'll go smaller next time.
