Cooking for about 25 people so this is my first stab at a really big one. Got 2 butts and one brisket. Brisket on the lower shelf and butts on top. I wonder how the butt drippings will affect the brisket flavor?

Just pulled and foiled the brisket. Going to bump up the temp to finish off the butts. Good thing I made a containor for the Stoker, it just rained really hard.

Dang, You got the meat piled on there. Rememeber the brisket cook times will be differant than the butts. Started pouring down this morning and stopped couple hrs ago. Now 43 degrees/15-20mph wind and spitting rain. Just nastey!

Nevermind the brisket taking different times the two butts are very different. One is at 191 now and should be pulled soon, the other is at 175.
