Is that dome temp? If so, 200-215 is a bit low. Remember, you're typically running about 25 degrees cooler at the meat level than the dome temp indicates. Bump it up to 250 dome temp and let 'er ride.

Gig Harbor Wa. Raised temp to 230 meat is slowly climbing 9:05am meat is at 172

Started my butt at 5:54:34 PM CST @ 240 F
Been running all night this morning its been hanging aroung 180 F.
Bumped the temp to 260 F and it starting to go up slow now at 184.2 F.
Shooting for 200 F hope to be there before game time!
Has been on the BGE now 17 HR 49 Min.
Going to make some pull pork sandwiches.
Whats the best suggestion for the sauce??

Iam at 16+hr mark and at 180 I have about 2.5 to 3 hr left. I am going to use SWEET BABY RAY'S. I also found a great coleslaw on epicourious its kind of spicy then I add some horseradish

I'm using the Stoker and the temp sensor is right down by the meat. I have bumped the temp up to 260 F and the meat is up to 188 F now. SWEET BABY RAY'S sounds good I think I'll try that.
