I use them all the time because that is what is easiest to get around here. People have always raved about the resulting pulled pork.

I use boneless pork butts from Costco and have had great results. They are packed in cryovac and come two to a package. Usually the package weighs between 12 and 15 pounds.

I am looking for a beef rib recipe.

I've used both; had no complaints about either. In my opinion however, it seems as if there is a better flavor with a bone in.
