Last game was shrimp ABTs, sausage ABTs, teriyaki wings and Frank's Red Hot wings. I would like to cook baby backs and ABTs for the next game. The ribs will be cooking at 250* and I have only one large BGE. Anyone cook ABTs at 250* and if so how long should it take? I have only cooked them at 350*. Hopefully I will still have an appetite after this game.

You can cook them at 250, it will just take longer for the bacon to get done and the peppers may get a little limp. When the bacon is crispy enough for your liking the ABTs are done. I've done it, but they were an appetizer as the ribs were done and I really don't recall how long it took. Roughly a little shy of 2 hours is my guess.
I'll be at Lambeau for the game. Look for the really cold guy from Atlanta in the stands. -
jbrodie,
I have done them anywhere from 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 250.
