This is my first post with pics...
I did a 6 pound (choice) bone in prime-rib with a nice coating of herbs de provance, crushed garlic, salt and pepper, grey poupon, and olive oil. I tied it with a bunch of fresh rosemary and thyme from the garden. The 1st pictures should show the raw meat...then after the cook per the MagnificentMadMax, then just glory photo's...even the dog loves me! What a glorious meal. Really wonderfull.
