BONELESS turkey breast

Anyone on here tried a bobeless turkey breast on their egg? My wife bought 2 for the holidays(she thought she was getting bonein) I cooked several turkeys as well as breasts bonein, but have never cooked the boneless? Any good ? Suggestions for cooking??

    BAMADAD,[p]I did one for work back before Thanksgiving as a test before the big day and it turned out good, as well as an enhanced boneless breast could be. I brined it also ala Alton Brown with salt, honey, and brown sugar. On TG though I bought a bone in beast and followed thirdeye's method here.
