First time to cook with a dutch oven. Man, it was great and worked out real easy. Put a couple of roasts in a 7 quart Lodge Logic and a few hours later...Ready to go! Easy cooking.[p][p]Also just received a cast iron grid so I had to do ribeyes first cook out.[p][p][p]The BGE is greatness. I recently converted my boss to a BGE. He is loving it. My department at work has pitched in and bought him a new BBQ Competitor for Xmas. He will love that. [p]Have a great Monday everyone![p]Geaux Tigers!![p]

Ref1515, I did my first pot roast in a Dutch oven a short while ago and my results were so-so. Would you mind posting times and temps for the roast and vegetables?
