Hey y'all, I'm about to vulcanize a NY strip on the egg and I've got some thick-sliced, portabellas to go with it. Question is, how to cook them? On the grate or in a cast iron pan? I've got all kinds of condiments (balsamic, EVOO, spices & all), so if you've got a quickie, I'd love to try it! Bucs just scored so it's neck & neck for now! Tryin' to keep cool here in FL~![p]Rascal
