Bajatom,
needs beer bottle opener. it's a LAW!
-
bill,
You are right. Do you know where to buy them? Thanks, Tom
-
Bajatom, Nice table! Are you going to stain it or just cook in the raw? BTW, when you get bottle openers... make sure to get both right & left handed. 8 - )[p]Rascal

Rascal,
I didn't know they came right & left handed. How do you tell? I wouldn't want to order the wrong openers. BTW where do I order these bottle openers. Thanks, Tom
-
Bajatom,
Tom.... what type of wood did you use?
-
Gadgetman,
Damn nice setup you have there. Very nice.........
-
captaindcb,
Treated. I know I can't drop food on the surface. I'm going to put a polyurethane on it in the spring. Thanks, Tom
-
captaindcb,
Thanks! We love it!
-
Gadgetman,
You have a great table. Good luck, Tom
-
You do good work, Tom! Since you asked may I offer an idea? Once you have lost the table top space due to adding your small you might consider adding a fold down work space like mine. I recall the hinges are rated at 130 pounds and easily lock in place or knock down. The wood is merely an inexpensive maple cutting board I bought from BB&B. Then for your drawer may I also suggest using ball bearing drawer sliders. They actually are inexpensive and work like a charm regardless of humidity or temperature.

Gadgetman,
Nice set-up! Where in Mi are you. I was born and raised in Mi....Livonia. I now live in Florida, Okeechobee. Sure do miss the Fall color changes and the apple cider and donuts!!! Rently up in Munising UP and thinking about buying an acre of land in the Hiawatha National Forest on the Lake. [p]John

ebay has a zillion of them
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
Gadgetman, Another nice table! I'm gonna have to start saving pictures and doing some planning! I think mine will be on wheels with casters so no matter which way I fall, if I grab the table it will come with me! BTW, does that fence work with keeping the neighbors out? 8 - )[p]Rascal

BajaTom,[p]Good source for many different logo bottle openers.

Gadgetman, Well, the aromatics of good cookin' can drift for miles & miles! Cute doggie!![p]Rascal

Gadgetman,
Are those simple ceramic tiles under the egg? I'm planning an outdoor kitchen and am looking for a more elegant solution than a paving stone. Those tiles look great visually, and the replacement cost if/when they crack won't hurt.[p]
-
Gadgetman,[p]Have you had any issue of exhaust build up under the umbrella?
-
I used Minwax Helmsman Spar Polyurithane Satin Finish on mine and was very happy with it. I don't drink that much beer so I only have one Beer opener
-
duckegg,[p]Yeah, but it'll hold a lot of bottle caps!
-
BajaTom,[p]It isn't the PERSON-handedness you're considering. You're to match the left-handed bottle openers with left-handed bottles... rights with rights...[p]It is amazing how few people understand their bottles. Fortunately, most bottlers use right-handed bottles... but for us lefties, a right-handed bottle can be a real pain in the arse.[p]But -- we lefties are also the only ones in our right minds.[p]~ B[p]:)

duckegg,
That one wins the "character" award.
Shaweet.

duckegg,[p]I second the spar varnish for outside use.[p]looks well sanded and nice! Spar will yellow it slightly so no need to stain.[p]aloha,[p]greg
