I don;t get to post much but the wealth of knowledge I've gained on here. well, AWESOME guys and gals. learned so much here. OUCH, that sounded like I was sucking up LOL LOL Got a turkey question though. I know Max said about 7 hours on a 21 pounder but I have an 11 pounder and was trying to get some kinda idea on the time that'll take. Just don;t want my family to get here and have to wait on it LOL. Doing the turkey and also doing a 14 pound briskett cause they'll never had a good briskett. Thanks and Happy YardBird day!!!!

Thanks bud, so somewhere around 2 to 2 a/2 hours. kewl, I can sleep late LOL Course late for me is 7 AM. I'm up at 5 every morning to get ready for work
