Anyone got a recipe for spanish bean soup?.....
A local caribbean/Cuban restaurant just opened here and the soup has garbanzo beans, smoked hame, chorizo, onion, potatoes, and saffron in it.....would love to get a recipe for it......
mad max beyond eggdome
sounds like you already have your recipe. .. start mixing those ingredients, and tasting and testing with a little more of this, a little more of that ... i'm always trying to replicate restaurant recipes sometimes with very good success, like my hong kong sea bass which i copied directly from a restaurant here ... .also, if you ask the people at the restaurant, often times they will tell you all the ingredients (maybe not the exact quantities though) ....
