If anyone should be living on the Gulf Coast it should be you man.How many pounds of shrimp do you eat in a year? I guess I am just as bad being in the Mid Atlantic area because that is one of my most favorite things to cook.My wife calls me Gump when it comes to shrimp on the Egg.I cook with them like you would use salt and pepper ,on and with anything.The dish looks great as always.Have a happy Halloween.

1/4 cup melted butter
TBSP Concord Wine
4 minced Garlic Cloves
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pinch of parsley
Juice of 1/2 medium lemon.
Pour over shrimp and cook direct about 350. Doesn't take long.[p]Mike
