<p />...it's been so long. Let the Egg do a little multi-tasking last night. First was a thick cut TRexed ribeye for me. Just used kosher salt and freshly ground black and Schezhuan pepper. Man, that stuff has a great flavor! Next was Ragin' River Maple Butter Salmon for Mama, and finally a Balsamic Vinegar Pie made by Marina. All came off without a hitch.
