Rick's Tropical Delight,
why do you have to peel the top 1/2 of the apple? So you can eat with a spoon or something?
-
Buster Dog BBQ,
i don't know... peel the whole thing or nothing, but it's easier to eat without the peel.[p]just peel it before you load it and top with brown sugar cause it's a **** after! dooh!
-
Buster Dog BBQ,
I always assumed it was so that the peel wouldn't crack any old place and would hold the apple together.

Rick's Tropical Delight,
I've got Fuji apples, popular to grow here in Calif.[p]Cheers, Glenn
