<p />I tried my first cured ham this week. Had it soakig in brine for 8 days. The cook took 5.5 hours, with glaze the last 40 min. It came out good but a little salty for us. So next one I will use a different brine. So if anyone has a more sweeter brine like maple flavor would be great. Happy Egging[p]Dolphine1.jpg
