Need help with Ribs w/o rib rack

What's the best way to cook 3 slabs of baby-back ribs on a large EGG without a rib rack? [p]I have a plate setter, pizza stone and 2nd grid - if that helps. I thought I remember some pics a while back about making a circle with the ribs (kind of like a can open on both ends) and tooth-picking the ring together. Would three "ring" racks fit on a large?[p]Thanks,
Walter

If you have a grid extender that works fine. Use a couple of bricks to seperate your grids. Put two on the bottom and one on the top. Good luck, tom

Bajatom,[p]Thanks. No grid extender, just the spare grid. I've got a couple bricks - may give that a try.[p]Walter
