Help! How much yeast

Tonights double header is in a little trouble out of the gate. I'm going to make Spin's pizza for the first time. His recipe calls for one package of yeast. The wife buys it in bulk. How much yeast is in one package, can someone please look and let me know?[p]Thanks![p]Kelly

Kelly Keefe,[p]I'm not familiar with the brand. I'd go with 1/4-1/2 teaspoon. The difference will show up in how long the rise is.[p]Spin

Riscy and Spin,[p]I appreciate the advice but it's too late now. Went with 1/2t and it seemed to bloom nicely. We may have a thin crust pizza here or it might take longer to rise. That's ok. I don't expect perfection first time out of the gate (where's the fun in that?).[p]Speaking of fun, if you've seen my earlier posts about a pizza peel, I DID manage to talk the wife into letting me get one. If was an afternoon of "Come on, honey. It'll be just like my fraternity days." (Just kidding, we didn't actually do that...)[p]Kelly
