Officially Registered. Any room left on an Egg?

It's official. I paid the registration fees for the EggFest 2000, so it's a done deal. Husband Jim and son Dan and I will be there. Now, when I registered back in January, I didn't indicate that I needed an egg to cook on. But last night we decided that I should either smoke oysters on rosemary branches if oysters are still available, or if they're not, I can roast a side of salmon in a dijon/bourbon glaze. Is it too late to get some egg-time? I'm planning to bring homemade bread, too.[p]ALSO, we'd love to play some music. So if there's an official/unofficial band being planned, we'd like to get in on the act! No bagpipes, I promise.[p]Cheers,
