    I like to use white wine(Chablis,) butter, and some type of fruit juice. I grind any spice that I'm going to use to a super fine consistancy, so that it doesn't clog the needle. I typically brine my turkeys instead and then inject with just butter...always juicy. Enjoy!

    I inject mine with "Wishbone Italian" salad dressing, the "Robusto" flavored. I strain the entire bottle and use the strained solids on the outside of the breast and all the liquid is injected inside the breast.
