    Good Morning, bright and fresh here after last evenings rain. Cooler too, I like that.
    Very nice looking salmon, bet it tasted great![p]Here's a pic of wild iris at Bullhead Lake, a nice place to kayak and do a little fishing for large mouth bass.[p]Fathers Day 8# lamb, de-boned & tied up with DP Redeye Express. Dr. BBQ's Lemon mop made it goooooood.

    Tell us about pepper beef, you got me curious.
    Last night I did some ribs ala Bobby Flay. Turned out good. Nice flavor.[p]IMG_3987.jpg[p]IMG_3988_edited-1.jpg[p]If you try his recipe, don't go by his cooking times. I did mine for 5-1/2 hours indirect at 220 deg, then glazed and continued cooking indirect for 25 more minutes.

I plan a few new things. My ribs were bad because they were small. My fault for getting different ones the night before. We will see what next week brings.
