What dome temperature for Kabobs?

I am doing some beef kabobs tonight and am thinking about what dome temperature I should shoot for in doing them.
(Beef, onions, peppers, olives etc)[p]Any comments will be appreciated.[p]Kyle

Kyle, when I don't know what temp to cook something, it's a good guess that a dome temp of 350* to 400* will work. I would think this will be good for kabobs.

i did these jerked pork kabobs last weekend at 280-300 dome for about an hour...
