1st attempt with new egg

Tried chicken breasts last night. Seasoned with "Shakin the Tree", browned in bacon grease then placed on egg for about twenty minutes at about 300. Browned up nicely and turned once. Moist, tender and delicious. Couldn't have been easier or better tasting.
