Looking to grill some quail later today. I have some preliminary ideas about what might taste good, but thought I would poll the Eggsperts before making final decision.[p]Char Dawg

<p />Char Dawg:[p]I brush the whole birds with olive oil and season with Lawry's or Obie-Que's Fajita Seasoning. They are then grilled at 425º turning as required till they are done.
