For the past year my wife has poo poo'ed my BBQing. Today I asked her if she would make the rub and she became extremely exited about the cook. From now on I'm asking her to help. Ribs are on the grill and my wife is really exited about serving them up tonight. Woo hoo a win win situation. Just thought I would share my newly acquired knowledge with others that may be experiencing the same issue.[p]
