Thanks again Mad Max and AZ for the wing sauce recipes. I did Max's Asian style sauce and marinade yesterday. It was fantastic![p]Apparently, it was the "Hoisin" sauce that was missing from my previous attempts. That is the flavor I was looking for, and seeing that it IS Chinese BBQ Sauce.... I am a little embarassed to say, I was not familiar with it. [p]The presentation was impressive and beautiful. Batteries dead in camera, *cry*.[p]One question:[p]Do you smoke yours when you make them? I wanted to use a little cherry, but just went with straight grilled.[p]Now for the Plum Pork :-)
