<p />Rubbed this 2 pound yellowfin tuna steak with EVOO and sprinkled on a little DP Shaking the Tree and seared it 2.5 minutes on each side at 550. The shrimp were soaked in Mojo for about an hour, then sprinkled with DP STT, and grilled on skewers at 400 for 2 minutes on each side. I'm so stuffed I can barely walk.[p]There's more tuna left over than I was able to eat...[p]
