without a doubt, shaking the tree on a seared tuna steak is about as good as it gets. . .my gang just rolls their eyes wheneve i do it now .. . .simple shake the STT on the tuna, do a nice hot sear (around 600 degrees for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes like kelly did). ..when i make the flip i put a pad of butter on the steak. ..don't have to worry about the butter burning, cause after only a minute or two, its still finishing melting when you pull the tuna steak off the grill. ..really works out great. ..

BBQBluesStringer, that's PERFECTLY DONE! sorry I'm yelling but I just had some fresh ahi (tuna) caught by my neighbor so I'm a little excited.
