wild turkey

My friend killed a wild turkey and he removed the skin. Any suggestions on how to cook and how to keep it from drying out?

  • Mike Dodd,[p]Since it was skinned, you might want to think about braising it...otherwise, it's likely gonna turn into jerky, mucho dry....good luck

    Mike Dodd,[p]Just cook the brest ...indirect..bones down.and cover the whole thing with bacon...cook at 350 deg until done..I would put some rub under the bacon...
